Boston College – Gonzaga and Fitzpatrick Residence Halls

This summer slam project included the renovation of all bathrooms in both residence halls.  Our scope included standard showers as well as accessible barrier-free showers.

University of New Hampshire – The Gables Residence Hall and Woodside Apartment Complex
Architect – Harriman

This project included a summer renovation of 186 room residence hall in addition to a 3-year phased renovation of another 96 apartment style residences.  The Gables Hall scope included a custom mold created to offer tub-to-shower conversions, keeping within the original tub depth area but also freeing up valuable storage space for students.  Woodside Apartments scope included custom showers in all first-floor units to match existing drain locations, and tub-to-shower conversion units on upper floors.
